How does steroids being legal in the uk advantage me?

that just probably means exactly what it says....you can use it but dont sell it. If you were to get caught in the US with a syringe and some test in your car you would probably be in trouble but im guessing in the UK you would be fine...not sure if doctors need to prescribe or not?

Pretty much like the other guy said, it's perfectly legal to have them for your own personal use, whether your doctor prescribed them or not (and he wouldn't unless you were an old man who wasn't producing enough of his own test and needed TRT/HRT).
This means it is perfectly legal to import them; either on your person (ie. bringing them back from Turkey or somewhere), or having them sent to your home address (ie. from Napsgear or Z etc.), customs can't seize them unless they inspect it and deem the amount to be excessive and suspect you of dealing them. Personal amounts (which aren't clearly defined by law) are perfectly legal to import.
