How does this program look??

I'm starting a strict diet and training program Monday and wondered if it looked alright or if there were changes needed. I've been lifting on and off, but am going to get into it hard. My diet will be mostly protein and Carbs for the first two months then low carbs and high protein for the last (month 3-4). I was thinking of doing a cycle, but with such a long break, I think I may have to wait until I get into the rhythm again.

Mon- shoulders
Tues- Bicep/Back
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Chest/Tris
Fri-Cardio/Abs
Sat-Cardio Abs
Sun-OFF (Free day for diet also)

I live in a small area and the gym I'll be going to is only open Mon-thurs. Is it bad to excercise four days in a row without a rest?

Suggestions please
