Finished a bulk cycle, Sustanon, Dbol. 6'4 250lbs (on Sunday) 26%bf, 30yr old, male. I started cutting on Monday, Trenbolone enanthate, Clenbuterol, and T3.
I do short weight training to maintain (30min, body part a day, compound), 45-60min jogging (4mph pace). Cut my calories to about 2500, a lot from protein. Anyway, since Monday, I've already lost about 6 pounds.
On all this gear, fat burners, is the rule of thumb still 2 pounds a week to lose the least amount of muscle possible, or will it drop faster? Should I be eating more? Thanks for any help. I have a bf scale, but it's not really accurate, can't tell if there's a change.
