How is this for a bulk?

Aight i am 6'3, 240 lb. 20 years old. about 10% bf.ok im not gonna lay out my diet becuause it takes too long but it is mainly lean beef, chicken, tuna, egg whites, protein shakes for protein. Oatmeal, pasta, brown rice, dextrose, for carbs. Fat is from walnuts and flax oil. I am mainly concerned about this ratio. Is this good for a bulk? here it is:

Protein/carbs/fat= 452/400/86

What do you think?
 
looks fine, you shouldnt have a problem gaining off of it.

protein is definatly higher than it needs to be, though. Id lower it to about 360 (1.5g per pound of bodyweight...452 is almost 2x, which is going overboard) and adjust your other macros from there.
