I know it's best to keep your calories high during post cycle therapy (pct) but how long after post cycle therapy (pct) can I start lowering them to maintenance without the risk of losing mass?

There is no concrete answer or definitive numbers anyone can give you on this topic. My best advice to you would be to wait at least 2-4wks AFTER post cycle therapy (pct) and slowly starting tapering them off so that by the end of 1-2 months or so after post cycle therapy (pct) your at maintenance. Another option would be to get bloodwork done 4-8wks AFTER post cycle therapy (pct) and when you see your endogenous testosterone production back and running go down to maintenance
