how long can a package clear customs???

Does any one know that there is some company in USA who can help buyers to clear the packages from Custom if the packages hold by the custom . certainly ,they charge big fee on their service.

No. You want the package siezed by customs? You need to file intent to release the seizure. More or less if this was anabolics you are looking at high risk with very little reward. Best case scenario is you *may* get your gear back, worst case scenario, because you now have their attention, they decide to prosecute.

I'm not sure if I believe this whole "red flagging" of addresses. Someone I know had a package seized(received a seizure letter), and then continued ordering packs(3 so far) to the same address soon afterwords without any issues.

Interesting you say that. I saw a guy on another board who said he loved ordering during the holidays because he felt that customs didn't have time to check the massive amounts of packages that they receive?

custom will send the F.D.A the info; and the F.D.A will send you a letter stating you r flag and you can never mail order to the same addres again

Do they flag your name or just the address? I had two packages get seized a while ago, but I have since moved to a new address. I'm still concerned that my name would come up if they get caught.

You're 100% correct on your assessment.I received a seizure letter and another package with 150 ml of Test on the same day at one location.

I think people are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to paranoid when it comes to juice.As long as you're not moving large quantities of product you have little to worry about.

They have neither the time or resources to go after Joe Blow for the 40 ml of test he tried to import from overseas.

At the law enforcement level it isnt a highly sought after thing to go after recreational steroid use,lots of cops are on gear.

I know several that I know are on,they just dont discuss it.

I still find it interesting that several people in here don't seem to think that a seizure is a bid deal.

About a year ago I started a thread asking what I should do because I had two packages seized only a couple weeks apart. I had one package of amps get seized, then a package of tabs came in after that, but then a package with two vials got seized. I had guys telling me to just stop ordering completely, and that I should "clean house" because there's a good chance my local PD would be visiting me soon.

Now the consensus seems to be that a person should just keep ordering, even if they've had a seizure????

they gave u good advice, any address that has incoming packs coming to it should be cleared of anything illegal.

3 seizure letters in a row at the same addy would certainly be enough to persuade me to switch to a new one.

I've heard it's better to use your real name because:

1. If for some reason you need to pick it up at the post office, you will need to show ID

2. If you get in any legal trouble, the fact that you used a fake name will be used against you as proof that you willingly and knowingly ordered illegal drugs over the internet

Read all you can on these boards concerning controlled deliveries so you know how they work and how to be prepared for it incase it happens. I'm not saying this to scare you or say you're screwed in any way, It's just good to prepare for worst case scenario.
mine sat there for a week and I got it with no probs, not sure what a month means tho
