How many Calories are in Egg Whites?

I slacked off quite a bit over the winter and am trying to loose some weight and cut up. I'm trying to get an exact count of my calories in my diet. I know it isn't too much, but how many calories are in 2 egg whites? I generally have a 6 egg white omelete for breakfast.

3g protein per egg white. 3x4 calories per gram= 12 cals per egg white. 2 egg whites = 24 cals. Some may say there is a bit more than 3g, but 3 is a safe estimate.

Lots and lots of water in egg whites, all the fat and some of the protein is in the yolk, so its almost uncountably low

1 large egg white - 3.5 g protein, .5 g carb, 0 g fat
1 large egg yolk - 2.5 g protein, 0 g carb, 5 g fat
totals -6 g protein, .5 g carb, 5 g fat

Calories - 6 x 4 + .5 x 4 + 5 x 9 = 71 calories per egg

i just bought a carton of egg whites, it has 10 servings, 5g protein each serving and 25cals per serving... nothing else!!
i go through a carton a day i think...
