well bascially here when you cut you want your day to be like this:
40%carbs
40%protein
20%fat
If you do your meal averages your 5 meals should be about..
-60g protein
-50g carbs.
-10g fat
if you eat 20g of fat in peanuts you just ate 2 meals of ur fat intake, so ur next meal will have to have 0g fat.. make sense?? if not just quit replying.
