Thats a good point on the nuts. I'm still messing around with my diet to get it around 2800-3000 cals.
 
Suareezay- You said you ate your pasta uncooked; what is the reason for that? Also, do you eat regular pasta or do you use a multi-grain/whole-wheat pasta?

I used to do the multi-grain pasta but I can't find it here in Taiwan. I can get the whole wheat but they charge like 6 bucks for one fuckin' box. I guess I'll just have to pick some up when I come home for the holidays...

Anyhoo, was just curious about the whole uncooked thing; I'd appreciate the advice. thanks bro.
 
yep, ecke70 got it - "120g uncooked" just meant thats what it weighs before cooking. munching on a few uncooked noodles is always a must while cooking though lol.

i just use the plain ol regular pasta.
