Was wondering how many of u eat pizza on your cheat days?? If so do you just pig out or not so much?? I classify pizza a junk food, so try and stay away from it, but every once in a while I endulge. Overall, it prob. wouldn't hurt to have it every once in a while right?? Suppose its mainly fat though so prob. wouldn't help u either.

Funny you should bring up pizza. I'm cutting and I can't have it, which is really hard when others around me are eating good pizza. OTOH, I can't stop myself once I start. I'll eat an entire pizza.

Years ago, if I ate pizza, I would immediately make myself run for 5 miles. So I cheated but I had to pay for it.

If you have cheat days, then sure, have pizza. Just try and keep it resonable if you can.

For bulking, I see no problems with pizza. Very few refined carbs.

Im a lucky dieter, Im cutting pretty hard and I eat pizza 3-4 times a week. I literally can eat any amount of carbs at any time day or night. For me at least, its been all about total calories, not carb timing or amount. Go figure.

I almost always have pizza on cheat days. I wish I could eat it on a regular basis but unfortunately it makes me fat :(

Best thing to do is make your own pizza. The worst thing you can do is eat cold pizza. Why? Because the cheese/oils harden and when there digested it makes it extremely rough to break up the fat.

If your flexible about eating. Try buying flat bread (ex.whole wheat) and buying low fat cheese with good sauce... season it with Italian season, garlic, onion, more season.

I can't argue with that.

Do you have any thing to back that up? I'm extremely skiptical of this claim. Eat hot pizza and it will cool off in your stomach. Eat cold pizza and it will warm up in your stomach.

Has low fat cheese gotten any better in the past ten years? Ten years ago, it wouldn't even melt and it tasted very bad.

well...i turned down a free all u can eat pizza buffet today cuz i'm trying to stay a bit toned over the summer. Now kinda wish i wouldve went. Guys make me feel less guilty about endulging some. Oh well...tomorrow its on... i'm going to ALL I can eat chinese buffett(which is my fav. cuz they have so much meat and veggis) I"m gonna pig out. I think the little chinease chick that works there has a love/hate thing going on for me :P I'm almost certain she looses alot of $$ but then I at least give her a good tip. I MIGHT do the pizza thing next wk. Any of u guys ever have ice cream?? I haven't had it in like 2 yrs but its been miserably hot up here and was almost thinking about having a blizzard on my cheat day if its still hot.

Eating like mad will help you grow, but be carefull if you are like me and you eat, eat, eat. I listened to these guys and I definitely gained muscle mass. But I've also got a bit of a belly that I am now trying to loose. The only all-I-can-eat that I do now is protein.

If I were better with the cardio thing, then I wouldn't have to watch my diet so closely.

Having a pizza once a week shouldnt harm you if you know how to use that energy smart. I eat it twice a week.

Holy shit it's like CRACK to me!! lol:)
I ALWAYS put triple chicken on regular crust for me.
If I even tried pepperoni it would go right through me!
Try 3X chicken & tomatoes on thin crust.
If you eat 2000 cal for 7 days and on the 8th eat 5000 the 9th dazy your body will try to burn 5000 when you are back to 2000.Then the 10th day your body will burn about 35000 and still you are on 2000 so I use it to boost my motabolism.
Worked for me:)

*Me neither*

*Well it makes perfect sense. Oil+Cold = Solid Fat. Solid fat takes longer to break up in the body then oil itself. Flush out the oil with fluids. You actually need to break up the solid fat. It just lengthens the break up of fats in your body which will build up if your not in good health.*

*With the low fat/carb craze today things have gotten alot better. I personally would rather make my own pizza to physically see the nutritional info before my very eyes then buying it from someone whose been making them the whole day and throws massive amounts of cheese ontop.*
