How many of you guys do some type of CLEANS in your work outs?

I usually dont have time to incorperate them but lately Iv been doing them with shoulder presses. Instead of using the pins in the rack and lifting the bar of them, I clean it and then do presses with it. Its better then nothing.
 
I was jus curious b/c i do clean & jerk 1s a week and they are by far the hardiest of all my lifts. When I do high reps its like doing cardio.

Light wieght where you get a max of 10 reps definatly drains the shit out of you. I dont think the duration is long enough though to do it instead of cardio.
 
There's no negatives on cleans, so they aren't as good of a workout.
