I usually dont have time to incorperate them but lately Iv been doing them with shoulder presses. Instead of using the pins in the rack and lifting the bar of them, I clean it and then do presses with it. Its better then nothing.
Light wieght where you get a max of 10 reps definatly drains the shit out of you. I dont think the duration is long enough though to do it instead of cardio.
