I am right now 183 pounds.
its been over a month since i went to healthy diet. I dont drink ny sodas. No fat or junk food..not evn oily food..i basically start my day with green tea and later i drink a glass of skim milk and oatmeal. Later around 12pm i always eat mixed fruits and then i have a protein bar aftr 1 hour..my lunch is not that heavy...its bascially salad wrapped in whole wheat wrap with low fat dressing. I do drink around 1.5-2 ltrs of water a day. In the evening i drink home made juice and later at dinner tym i usually eat sumthing really light. I go to work by cycling for 4 kms. And if i get chance i run twice a week for 3 kms. So, how many pounds can i lose in month and a half ? and please explain the role of green tea.
