2. Eat as much protein as you can stomach/afford
3. Use protein powder to supplement the remainder of the protein you need each day.
i agree..... i drink 3-4 a day each with 50 gram of protien.. but i dont eat meat or fish and a guy can only eat somany beans lol.. soo wekk 4 a day work for me. i wouldent go passed 6 or u will be a fart bomb!!
