Same as pipes. 3-4 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise. Usually do a total of 12 sets per body part except for back I usually do a few more, like 15, and for calves and traps I usually do 4-6 sets total. Oh yea and legs, I hate working them so usually I do 3-4 sets of either squats or leg press then 3 sets of leg ext and 3 sets of leg curls.
