I've been reading several bi routines of pro bbrs. cutler/coleman eg. they tend to be 4-5 exercises, 4 sets each w/ 8-12 reps. at least.
I remember coleman's last exercise is 13 sets 12 reps...after his first 3 or bi exercise sets.
since the bicep is a small muscle, could this be overtraining for most?
