How many steaks do u eat

Just trying to get a consensus about how many steaks people eat while cutting and bulking? When cutting i eat about 1 per day while bulking i eat about 2
 
If I could afford it I would eat a .5 - 1 lb steak everyday.

As of right now I eat maybe one per week.

I think I am one of the few people on the internet who don't make $100,000 per year.

lol dont forget how 99% also are 275 pounds at 6 % bodyfat and repping 500 pounds on bench press :insane2:

im sure canada is different but there are cheap steaks available in the U. S . and also a whole pork tenderloin cut into steaks is lean/high protein/cheap , just grill them like a sirloin .
 
When I was living on my own I ate chicken for lunch and steak for dinner almost every day. Trick is to scout out the meat section on different days, usually there is one day when they mark down shit close to its expiry. Get a jump on the good shit thats marked down, safeway is really good for this. They slap $2 off stickers on shit like they just don't care. I always would grab every decent piece of meat they had for a good discount then go home and imediately bag them all seperately in ziplocks and throw what I wasn't eating that night in the freezer. Also, the leanest cuts like outside round and top round also happen to be the cheapest. If you marinate them properly overnight they end up great.


Now that I'm living at home again I just eat my parents food because I'm not gonna pay for shit.

ALthought sometimes i go to my butcher in nj like yesterday and get 4 steaks for a 100 dollars and damn those things are huge and delicious prime beef lol
 
Here in Argentina steak is cheap. I buy 1 kg (2.2 lbs) at $3 (american dollars). So I eat about 1 lb of lean meat every day.
 
We have a local meat market just outside the city (30 min). Great prices on steaks.

I know the guy and can buy in bulk and for awhile was buying whole tenderloins (Filet mignon) for $5.99 / lb
