For A 230 Pd Person How Many Calories Do You Need To Maintain Bodyweight And Say For Trying To Get More Cut

There are a few factors that determine that, one being your metabolism. It's going to be very hard to get a definitive answer.
 
try taking in 4,000 cal. day 5% carb, 90% protein, 5% fat. You'll see some results, i went through this, its great, :)

I used this, it came off this board I think. It may not be perfect but it will get you started and you can tweak it to better fit your body!

That works out to 900 g protein, 25 g fat, and 50 g carbs

I think you got something mixed up.................lmao

stonecold is right there are many factor in play

give us you typical daily intake and stat's ie: bf%..etc
