CEE at 4.5g/day should work just fine. If you weigh over 200lbs, up that to 4 pills before and 4 after which should give you around 6g. You'll hear of people saying "6g? That's it?? I take 20!!" but those people are normally on monohydrate which absorbs far less than CEE does.
