However aas is not magic. It still all comes down to diet. How much over maintenance were you eating? Was your diet clean? How many grams of protein were you I taking .. Etc...
Me and a buddy just ran the same cycle. I gained about 18 pounds so far. He has gained 5. Biggest difference, he eats like shit compared to me
