how much protien in the yolk

I usually eat jumbo eggs which contain 8 grams of protien, say I eat only the white and no yolk, how much protien is lost?
 
I think in a 'large egg' (6 total grams of protein) it is four in the white and two in the yolk...or three and three. Everyone says something different.
 
think the yoke has more efa's(essential fatty acids) and amino acids and shit. Read that the yoke actually contains the perfect balance of amino's, etc. that help your body digest the protein. The egg is the perfect food. I eat the whole egg, yoke and all, several daily. If i'm cutting i MIGHT limit the yokes I take in, but like i said, usually eat it all. Very good 4 u.
 
Ya know all that cholesterol bs isn't really as big a deal as they make it out to be. If they make it seem like such a life threating thing they can put u on meds to help the cholesterol and help pad their pockets. All about the $$. Shit u don't really have to worry about cholesterol unless its like sky high. I eat anywhere from 3-10eggs in a sitting, yes yoke and all. My cholesterol is just fine 2 by the way. If its all natural it can't be all that bad for u. Butter is so much better then margarine and they made butter look like poisin. Honestly u can' t always believe all the hype. If u're still worried about cholesterol eat 3 w/yokes and the rest w/o. I have some more info on cholesterol i'll get for u(from some medical seminar--have some relatives in the medical field) Its kinda interesting if u want me to look it up 4 ya.
 
Saturated fat has more effect on blood cholesterol than dietary cholesterol, supposedly. So go eat a bunch of eggs.
 
I was eating 8 whole egges every morning with great results but my Cholesterol was around 280 which extremely bad but I was making good results during my bulking stage and I was doing no cardio.

My only problem which I still don't understand is my 3-4pm low I get. I am extremely tired mentally but I am also on anti-depressents ( I guess I just exhaut my brain as I work a fairly stressfull job as a Network Engineer 8-10 hours a day then I am a full time college student also). That is why i went to the doctor to make sure it wasn't physical related as far as health. He said I was fine but just start cutting the yolks out with eggs to help my cholestorol out.
 
I'm a huge fan of eating the whole egg, but if you have significantly high cholesterol like I do, then it is probably best to limit the number of egg yolks per day. Of course, it is also important to eat plenty of vegatables and do cardio.
