how much sleep

How many hours of sleep do you usually get? 8 is recomended bu is 9-10 better, or is it counter productive?
 
different in different ppl, although not less then 6 i would say.
I aim for atleast 8 hours sleep, sometimes i dont get it but then i take a little nap in the afternoon.
 
I need at least 8 sometimes more.

I think it's an individual thing. Listen to your body and it will let you know if you're not getting enough.
 
Well I have noticed as my workouts get more intense I will need more sleep to recoup.

I would say there is no exact number for anyone, but the older I get the more I need, I like up to 10 hours now...
 
I'll go 3 or 4 days in a row where i will only get 3 or 4 hours of sleep a day. But then on the weekends i'll end up gettin 11 hours each night. I like to play catch up.
