shy away from red meat. LOL!! Thats a main staple for me. I still have over 50lbs of buffallo meat, still have venison, still have close to 100lbs of beef. When i buy meat i usually buy it straight from a butcher i know and usually buy very large quantities. So red meat is no prob. 4 me. Its actually more expensive for me to eat chicken and stuff like that, cuz i don't get deals on that stuff gotta buy it from the store. Thanks for the input though. I already started putting the feed bag on. Its pretty tough though, i work construction and have been having to work longer hrs. I've resorted to making natty peanut butter and honey sandwiches w/about 10-15g of protein powder on them. Honey makes the powder stick and doesn't taste too bad. Have to pretty much eat them on the go. Also started chewing sunflower seeds @ work. Anyother ideas?? kinda hard to get good quality protein on the job, so almost forced to eat 3 big meals and snack on pb sandwiches in between.
