I'm wondering what a good weight loss is per month? I'm about to start going on a low calorie, high cardio regiment and I usually lose anywhere from 10-15 pounds a month doing this.
that is defintly not the smart way to go. too much cardio is counter productive, end up loosing too much muscle. and how low calorie are you speaking? are you following low carb?
aiming for 1-2lbs weight loss per week is much safer.
