How ot count bacon????????

This isnt answering your question as I dont measure, I just eat. But, you know whats deadly for breakfast? Scrambled some eggs, mix in fried up, crumbled up bacon and rice to it. Mix it all up together so its warm. Salt and pepper to taste.

I usually do 1 cup egg whites plus two whole eggs cooked in olive oil
5 strips of cooked bacon
1.5 cups of rice
Sea salt and pepper.

Not part of the ol cutting diet though Id say lol.

Thats what i use to dl all the tome cept beef instead of bacon, now im tryg to have 5grs or less of fat in pro car meals and vise versa in pro fat meals
 
There was like 10 strips in the whole pack... It said 66grams/2 slices .... 0c/7p/27f... 270cals.... Then 20grams total cooked weight... No sugar as there are zero carbs

Im trying to be serious with dieting for now on... I have one cheat meal on every fourth day which is a box of kd mixed with 225grams of beef lol... I dont crave food, i do t give a fuck about food.... Which is prob why i was 120lbs 3years ago... So cheat meals are more allowing me to be quick n lazy rather than for some tasty deserts lol

I was 120 3 year ago and 190 a year ago... Then i had some things happen, dropped to 140 and about 3 months ago i started getting better and 1 1/2 months ago started workin out again, back at 170now

Ive done a bunch of researchin and finally decided to start creating diets... Theyve been showing great results, still super lean and what not... What u all think?

Meals are 2 hours apart each meal ranges from 23-53g of protein
 
Ahh, so they're the crazy thick fat-strips. I've never seen precooked ones like that, just raw. Strange.

5% fat just seems a bit low to me, as you want fats for skin/nails/hair/hormones. I take it you're bulking?
 
I think u read it wrong fat is 26.5 on day 4..

Basicall wha i did was basic carb cycle... Low carbs high fat day 1-3 and high carbs low fat day 4.... With protein always bein in the middle
 
Yup, read it wrong haha. Is this intended to be a CKD type diet? I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as some, but changing fats/carbs like this tends to be best suited for a cut. In my opinion, keeping carbs at a steady value on a bulk helps to ensure a constant source of glycogen for resistance training.

As long as your basic needs are met such as protein and fats, your wiggle room comes from matching a surplus over TDEE with carbs. Ex: Based on your calories at 3250, you should have at least 200g of protein and around 75g of fats. This gives a minimum of 800+675 =1475 calories needed. You then have 1775 calories to play with, which you can manipulate based on tastes or ease of consumption. For a bulk, I'd up the protein to 35%, keep fats around 20%, and enjoy the cheap source of calories from the remaining 45% as carbs. (284g P/75g F/360g C - for a total of 3251 cals)

If you prefer more fats for the satiety, you can easily move the carbs down and opt for a 35P/30F/35C instead. "Lean bulking" is more about watching total calories than anything in my humble opinion. Guys that go crazy and devour 6k calories when they have a TDEE of 3000 cals are who I think of when it comes to this.

I'm sure a lot of this is stuff you already know, but I just like to keep things simple. I was going to put in a serious effort into trying a 35P/60F/5C bulk program as I'm a diabetic, but after a few days of trying to reinvent the wheel - I've moved back to a standard 35P/20F/45C plan myself.

I made a deal with my wife many years ago about being candid regarding my AAS use. I could say whatever I want, but I can't put any images on the net that could connect me with said use as she works in a field that has very delicate public image. I've always said that if/when she moves on, I'll be more than happy to put up pics - this is also why I tend to stay out of "judge my physique" threads as I don't want to appear as a hypocrite.
