How soon is to soon!?

Well my bros I finished my first 12 week cycle of all Test Cyp! My body took well to it and I put on atleast 5-7 pounds of muscle! Some may not agree with the way I did it the first time but I had a plan and I'm sticking to it! Now my question how long should my post cycle therapy (pct) be before I can start back up again! I've been on post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks doing light weight more reps. Should I wait another 4 weeks or can I get away with only 6 weeks! I read that some guys only take 4 weeks off! I planned on cycle 2 like Test Cyp for the base Test, and adding a little Tren, maybe some eq for good measure later! I don't know exact doseage yet still researching an doing my reading on what I want to start out at and end with, think it through!! But I appreciate any positive feedback thanks again!

Well, for startes, during post cycle therapy (pct) you should have kept lifting heavy and just reduced the volume. That's my understanding anyway.

The rule of thumb is, length of cycle plus number of weeks post cycle therapy (pct) = length of time between cycles. (although many don't do that)
Best thing to do is get blood work done and make sure your levels are back to normal. Don't know what u ran for post cycle therapy (pct) but 4 weeks is the norm and then blood work done 2 weeks after that.

I would wait 12 weeks or so after post cycle therapy (pct) to allow your body to recover from what it just went through.

Also, 5-7 pounds in 12 weeks? You could probably do that with food alone in 12 weeks, maybe a little longer.
