How testosterone affects your body (motivation, cognitive function, energy levels and confidence)

Cognitive Function:

  • Testosterone has been linked to enhanced spatial abilities, improved memory and learning, and increased motivation and drive.
Mood:

  • Testosterone influences mood regulation, contributing to feelings of confidence, assertiveness, and well-being.

Low testosterone levels can lead to a range of psychological symptoms, including decreased libido, fatigue, irritability, and depression.

True that, Testosterone boosts motivation, cognitive function, energy, and confidence. It enhances focus, mental clarity, and decision-making while reducing fatigue. Higher levels improve mood, drive, and assertiveness. It also supports muscle growth, fat loss, and overall vitality. Low testosterone can lead to brain fog, decreased motivation, and reduced confidence, impacting daily performance.
Which is the best Testosterone for you and what dosages?

500mg of testosterone enanthate twice weekly worked wonders. Prop is too painful. Sarms (rad140 and lg4033 were awesome too. Mk677 made me angry)
