How to get the last lil bit out??

Well there really is not that much left over at all. It seems like it but we are talking such a small amount that you should not worry about it. I have heard of some people leaving an air bubble which they would use to purge the barrel, but that would mean you must inject some air too.

I know in theory a very very small amount of air will not harm you, but I think of it as poor practice and just do not see the point in going to extents like that to save pennies.

EDIT: Also, 1 cc= 1 ml.... There is no possible way you still have a cc left in the barrel after injection. The amount you are talking about is something like 1/50th cc or something like that. Don't sweat it.

I leave a bit of air, just flush with where the plunger stops and get the last .1ml in and no air afaik.

i think he may be talking about the small amount in the vial, not the syringe. i just tilt the vial to a 45 degree angle and barely poke the tip of the needle through the rubber stopper.

The volume is almost the same, if you draw 1cc that includes a little left in the needle, when you inject, that goes in first + the 1cc, but you lose that little you gained at the start. So the net effect should be the same. If you draw air you get the full 1cc+ a little that was in the needle.
