How to properly post cycle off of test/tren/mast

Nearing the end of a test/tren/mast cycle
Currently running .5 anastrozole eod during cycle
About to taper down tren and mast then coast on test
When and what should I introduce for pct as I come to the end of this cycle?
Looking for info on dosages, length of time, etc.
I was thinking nolva for 4 weeks but when would I start that?
And what should the dose be?
Any help and criticism is welcome.

Pct is pct. Regardless of what cycle you ran. Since you are cutting the tren/mast out.. What ester is attached to your test? That will determine when you start pct.

Doesn't look right. They either are all long ester or short ester. Not a mix of long and short. If it is you need to kick your supplie in the nuts.
