How to tell when to add forma during cycle?

about to start my 4 week cycle or Deisel v2, running 3 caps a day. Just curious if i should run forma during this cycle? or just hold off on it, until i notice some side effects? or should i just run forma straight though the 8 weeks???

1. how do i know when the bad effects of PH start. I have heard of swelling, or itchy nips?

2. Will one forma tube last for 8 weeks???

3. how many pumps of forma should i do?

if you wait untill you start to see bad estrogenic side effects(with da nipples) your gonna need Letro, and not Forma.

probably best to run during cycle if you want to avoid those problems

1 bottle should last 8 weeks. 7-10 pumps will be sufficient.
