How to write a thread that will get your questions answered

Lots of new faces around as always and thought it would be a good idea to clarify on how best for them to ask for assistance and help here.

The main points to writing a good Thread are:

1) Always do your research first.
2) Write a good subject line!
3) Use the body of the post to clarify your subject line and give details.
4) Make sure your post is readable.
5)...

Senior members and vets etc. are welcome to add to this thread as to what they think would also be a good point to touch upon so our newer members can get the best feedback.
 
And Please, give us all your Info, not just some.
Cause if we don't know everything, it really cuts down on how Reliable our Advice will be.

Like if you are Diabetic, or taking any Prescription Meds.
And your Cycle History.
