chew your food more carefully, you may just be inhaling it so fast that you are swallowing air aswell. you can also eat less at each sitting. i have a stomach virus right now, and i have to strictly pay attention to these details. green tea, sans caffeine, and chamomile tea will help. chamomile helps relax you aswell. also, get some water in before you have your meal, and after, but try not to drink in between the meal itself.
