How would you maximize effect from rHGH? Am on day 1 taking it.

Ladies, hi. Just starting a physiologic dose of rHGH, looking for fat-burning from it and also lean muscle sparing, maybe some building.

How would you maximize the effect of it? (That doesn't involve trying black market stuff.. I'm on a doc's prescription.)

For instance, I know it's synergistic with insulin, so what should I do with my diet if anything to take advantage of that? And, I have sublingual estrogen.. does that hurt or help where rHGH is concerned?

Is there anything I should be taking to try to boost my testosterone or is that something we shouldn't do.

I do take some DHEA (25mg) in the a.m. and I'll be taking some glutamine at night, at least.. would totally appreciate recs on dosages/timing for that and any other supplements as well as what's best to concentrate on in terms of workouts and diet (I've been on about 1400 cals a day but maintain on that.. will keep around same calories or raise a bit, ideally.)

The one caveat is that I don't want to add in any ephedra-like (that is, stimulant) fat burners at all... thanks.

(Also kind of interested in your view of glucophage w/rHGH.)
