I am 27 years old at 5'8 inches tall and weigh any where from 190-195 lbs at about 8-9% bf. This will be my first real bulk diet, although I have been training for 5 yrs or so. I am looking for a good lean bulker and hoped this will do. I have a 6-3:30pm job. Nothing too strenous but I do do a lot of walking around. I train On Monday(chest,bi's), Wednesday(legs, shoulders), and Friday(back,tr's). I pick three meat and potatos exercises for each muscle group and do 4 sets of 8-12 reps each. Well here it is

5am: 9 egg whites,1 cup milk, 1 cup oats, 1 scoop whey (blend & drink)
8am: 2 scoops whey in water blended with 2tbsp NPB, 1 tbsp Flax
11am: Chicken breast, 2-3 cups barilla plus pasta, 1 cup veggies
2pm: Same as meal at 8am. The reason for the two liquid meals a 8 and 2 is because I am at work and not on a break so I have say I'm using the rest room and down the shake. Do what you got to do I guess.
3:30pm: In the gym training
5pm: PWO 2 scoops whey, 2 cups grape juice
6:30pm:PPWO Chicken breast, 2 cups barilla plus pasta, 1 cup veggies
9pm: Before bed Big can of tuna, 2 tbsp full fat mayo

One of my biggest questions though is what should my meal plan look like on non training days. What meals with what macros ratios should I be eating at what times for my seven meals. All in all how does she look.

I'm thinking of maybe substituting 1/2 lb of lean beef for each chicken breast, for it will be easy and faster to prepare and store. And less expensive.
