Team Black Label is back in the game...
"Good day!
We have been off for some time but we are finally back! We will not be
experiencing any of the problems that we have had over the last 6 months.
Our new system has been implemented and we are very excited about what we
now have to offer our customers.
We have heard the ignorant rumors that some with hidden agendas have chose
to spread while we took time off. Any negative rumors regarding our company
are totally false. Our only problem was the loss of one of our most
important team members. He was a cornerstone to the company and his loss was
not only a crushing blow professionally but personally as well. There are
those that have ridiculed our loss and to those that have all we can say is
"Watch what ye say and what ye do for you'll meet it again by and by."
Some of the same people mentioned above also took the opportunity to try to
spread damaging rumors regarding our products. The main rumor that was most
humorous was that our bottles are underfilled. That is ridiculous to say the
very least but we listen to everyone that speaks, not just our customers.
With that being said, we would like to thank those that would try to hurt
us; we are now filling ALL future batches of our injectables to the bottle's
top which will house roughly 15 ½ - 16 ml's. Prices will remain the same and
we will continue to slightly overdose everything we make.
There are still some outstanding orders and they are being worked on even as
I type this. If you have been waiting, you will receive your order within
two weeks and you will receive extras for your lost time and aggravation.
Some have received partial orders; the rest will be sent within two weeks as
well.
Thank you very much to everyone that has stood by us. This has been the
hardest thing that we have ever dealt with and it is hard to put into words
how we feel about each of you; the kind words you have shared with us mean
more than you know.
We returned on April 19th. To show appreciation to our customers, both old
and new, we are offering a 15% discount on ALL of our products until June
1st. Our Bulk Order discounts will still apply so it would be possible to
receive up to 30% off of our products. However, the 15% discount will be
applied before the Bulk Order discount.
