i lifted a little in highschool and got strech....

hi guys i lifted a little in high school and got ok results. i was a fairly skinny guy and got some strech marks on my arms and armpit area near the chest. is this a common occurance? Now i am looking forward to working out again, i became pretty fat after my highschool years and want to get fit now at 23. i think i have about 22 percent body fat but dont have time to go to the gym but i do have a bench with weights and a ecilliptical machine (i think thats how its spellled). what can i do with that? i have also have accomplished to lose 25 pounds since march. Now i am 6' weighing at 211. can someone help me with a work out routine. i was reading that 5x5 routine by needsize but not sure how to do it with the equipment i got. ill take pictures of it on monday so you guys get a better picture of what i got, thanks in advance.
 
What kind of bench do you have? Is it one of the ones that you can squat off the back of it? With a good bench and enough weights at home, you can do a fairly complete routine.
