So I have been reading here as a guest for a couple of months.......

Not that anyone probably cares but current Stats: (inches)

Neck: 17.5
L Arm: 17.5
R Arm: 18
Chest: 53
Waist: 35
Legs: Suck


Thinking about Anavar (var) only cycle atm as a test run.

Looking at possibly 50-60/day, and goal would be to cut overall, with a harder look and of course more veins.

Seen post that say as high as 80, but felt that might be a bit much at least for a first run.

seems reasonable to run it at around 60 or so and see how you like that. run it long enough to make sure though.

how's your body fat now?
 
i would probably never run it without test, just cause you can get better gains with test, even if you only ran it 250mg week.

if somehow i decided to run it without test, i would prolly go as high as 80-100, like i said though it would be more cost effective and beneficial to run a maintenance dose of test with it, then you might only need 40-50.
 
BF is 17-18%.

Var seemed reasonable choice due to all I have used at this point is prohormons.

Figured Anavar (var) would be a good start for my goals. I am not opposed to stacking, but I will need more research on that.

I have looked at win or stans, but like I said, still figuring everything out.

Good diet and training will get you down to 12-14% in two-three months.

I wouldn't use Anavar (var) until I'm at least 10/12%.

You're at the same weight and BF as I am, right now. I know that I could easily get down to 14% in two months.

Concentrate on your diet and training. Use Anavar (var) a couple months before summer, and you should be g2g.

Also, as oak said, the Anavar (var) will shut your testes down and crash your libido, at least with test you'll still have some mojo. Running test weeks 1-10 and Anavar (var) 6-12 would give you some pretty sickening results.

I know I still have some BF % reduction to do. Just investigating right now anyway. Not ready to do anything yet.

Any recommendation on cardio training. Been running about 20-25 min with 20-25 min of bike.

Still recovering due to injury awhile back and surgery.
 
I like to switch it up a lot.

When I'm cutting, I usually cut at 2500-3000 calories a day.

I usually do 30-45 minutes on elliptical, at a slow steady pace (after my workouts), three times a week.

Then two times a week I will do HIIT on the treadmill for about 30-40 minutes (before my workouts).

Sounds like you're doing the right amount of cardio, just watch what you eat. Remember, it's not all about watching your 'carbs' its more about cutting calories.

I typically try to get 300-350g of carbs and 200-250g of protein when I cut. The only thing I alter is fat (probably <40g a day).

for many people this may work, but for me cutting has definitely been ALL about the carbs. i can eat very low carb and i don't have issues in the gym with energy or endurance. i drop and add bf quickly when my carbs go up or down. adding and cutting fats has shown to have much less of an effect for me.

people are different, so you'll have to figure out what works for your body and go with it.
