I need a fat stripping diet plan..asap!

Hi, looking to cut fat! ordered some N2slin and alpha t2.

Stats: 26 female, 58 kilos, 20% bf (about). 5"5

weight train 5 times a week- cardio 3 times HIIT at 6am due to work.

Shake after gym.

Meal 1: 6 egg whites
meal 2: protein shake/bar
meal 3: protein with sweet potato/brown pasta/brown rice
meal 4: same above
meal 5: protein with green veg

Protein is either tuna, chicken or turkey usually.

I think this needs some work, I'm a bit stuck and need a plan to cut- supps will be here next week..

Put this into fitday.com with the amounts and bring back the results.
 
I will have a look at the calories- they are small meals, I should be having around 1900 calories. My physique is alright, great arms, shoulders and legs- mid section has always been a problem. That's why I'm getting n2slin and alpha t2. I'm always hungry!
 
The pounds stay off in the wrong places... Right, i have an iphone app myfitnesspal, this has every food , brand , make model you name it- and has calories for each and you can add the foods and get a total.

With my plan i just worked out i'm eating just UNDER 1400 per day... So- I'm not over eating! Hence why im getting the pills and giving them a go! If hey don't work then im just an unlucky person who cannot shift belly fat!
 
1900 I think....I thought I was eating enough but with that diet I physically can't eat anymore! Can't eat if I'm not hungry...
