Hi, looking to cut fat! ordered some N2slin and alpha t2.
Stats: 26 female, 58 kilos, 20% bf (about). 5"5
weight train 5 times a week- cardio 3 times HIIT at 6am due to work.
Shake after gym.
Meal 1: 6 egg whites
meal 2: protein shake/bar
meal 3: protein with sweet potato/brown pasta/brown rice
meal 4: same above
meal 5: protein with green veg
Protein is either tuna, chicken or turkey usually.
I think this needs some work, I'm a bit stuck and need a plan to cut- supps will be here next week..
