I need advice on This breakfast now. I think it's good.

Here is my breakfast now and I want it to be perfect please tell me what you think.

3 eggs and my wife is going to buy egg whites so I only have 2.

2 pieces whole wheat toast with peanut butter.

3 slices of turkey bacon...actually turkey so healthy.

A fruit. Banana, orange. or apple.

Oatmeal packets...2 with a little bit of milk...only a little bit.

So now how is it....I think it's pretty good as I have never eaten this healthy ever.

Opinions?
 
that is alot improved and overall looks healthy. still seems like alot of food to me especially since you are trying to lose but then again you are a big boy.

MEAL #1

5 whole with 4 additional whites


MEAL #2

SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein Isolate*** with 25 g almonds


MEAL #3

7 oz chicken with 25 g almond

MEAL #4

SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein Isolate with 1 ½ tablespoons of almond butter

MEAL #5

70z steak with a salad

MEAL #6

SHAKE: 45g Whey with 30 g peanuts

Hope this helps. I gave this to my buddy and he dropped from 245 to 215 in 7 weeks :eek2:

Isn't that called a ketogenic diet without carbs?

I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle.

I need a big breakfast to start the day. So far I'm going to keep eating that one for awhile and see how things go.

I may try a ketogenic eventually but I'm afraid of losing muscle.
