So, I'm 56 yr/old US citizen living in Dominican Republic for approx 17 months.
My Spanish is not good, lol but anyways, hopefully you guys can tell me if I'm real low or not.
I'm not looking to do a bodybuilder's cycle, but rather just TRT replacement.

Does my Testosterona* score of 5.63 ng/ml range 2.6 - 8.7

. . . somehow equate to 563 in a range 260 - 870 ?

I ask this because I got all the Testosterone tests available on the paperwork, but I can't see or figure out my total free testosterone score . . . which from what I've read should be between 290 ish - 1100 ish.

You numbers look great. You definitely do NOT need TRT

Free T is the first number they show. The 9.58. Libre means free in Spanish

your results are really OK for a 56 years old guy! Your LH and FSH are fine, too!

Mean platelet volume (MPV) is a measure of the average size of your platelets, a type of blood cell that helps prevent bleeding.
Do you know if this is a common issue in your family?

Thanks Megatron28 and mikelaurey ,

I wasn't sure, so it's good to hear from those with knowledge. I'll probably skip TRT for now, and try to clean up my diet more and lay off the drink and see if that'll do the trick.

Re the MPV, I don't think it's been a common issue, I'll have to ask them.

Thanks again !
Cheers

take up scubadiving, it will do wonders for your fitness and you will loss weight. even better take a scuba course, advance, medic first aid, divemaster even instructor. being around the sun, lifting tanks and always being and staying active will surely help you shed those extra pounds and most importantly, stay off the drink as well. youll live a whole lot longer and enjoy good quality of life.
