I need help with fiber foods

Lettuce, cabbage, almonds, most non-starchy vegetables actually, psylium husk, avocados, popcorn.

Just do a google search and you will get a great list. Learn how to read food labels too. It would also be good to learn the difference between Soluble ans Insoluble Fiber.

Beans(white, black, kidney, garbanzo), lentils, (both of these SUPER high in fiber) whole wheat pasta/bread, brown rice, edamame (VERY tasty with a sea salt sprinkled on top), and of course numerous fruits and veggies.

Like Mega said learn how to read labels on food products. Some foods nowadays have added fiber and some brand have more than other brands.

And mever forget our friend google, it tells you everything you need to know about anything.
