i need more calories in the diet. any suggestions?

i have my diet down pretty good. just need to up the calories. im at ~2800 with my current diet.

is there a cheap way i can get my calories up to ~4000?
 
Drink whole milk, when bulking I added a gallon a day to my diet. It is a fairly cheap weight gainer.
 
my diet...

meal 1
3 eggs
5 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 shake of ONs whey
multivitamin and multimineral supp.

meal 2
40 grams of protein from chicken
plate full of salad with udo's oil and italian dressing
2 slices of bread

meal 3
can of sweet patatos
40 grams of P. from chicken

meal 4
can of green beans
40 grams of P. from chicken
2 slices of bread

meal 5
some type of red meat ~8 oz.
1 can of green beans
2 slices of bread<--new 24 grams of carbs

meal 6 (right before bed)
glass of milk
1 cup cottage cheese

pre-workout
2 scoops N-large

post-workout
2 scoops N-large


need about 1000 more calories....:o
 
or mammoth 2500 .. serviing serves up 1040 (around there or more) calories..

i couldn't down the whole serving though lol ...

o.. thats when takin with milk, without i htink its around 940

holy shit!! 940??!!
 
Larry Scott puts out a protein powder called hyper-growth. You mix the protein with heavy cream and whole milk and take between meals. It's expensive but high quality. When mixed it's about 500 calories per drink.
