I havent been on here since jan 11th 2011 I decided at that point that I thought I knew it all, and was going to do it my way instead of following a program that was sent to me by a fellow member (no name though). From Jan 12th, to April 31st I was outta control and now that I look back at it very foolish and selfish. My stats: 41 yrs old, 6 foot 1, 230lbs, BF 15%, had it checked at the doctor's.
My cycle consisted of this Test 300: 1cc Mon, Wed, Fri, for a total of 900 a week. Tues, Thurs, Sat, Tren Ace 100 @ 2cc's per injection. Then Mon, Wed, Fri EQ 200 @ 1 cc per week 3x. I did this cycle for approx 14 weeks. I was also taking arimidex liquid at 1/2 cc everyday to control water retention for the entire cycle. I went from around 230 To 275 in about 14 weeks time.
I wasn't cut I was big but not defined and I didn't like how I looked. I have been off juice since May 1st and I have busted my ass to lose alot of the weight I had put on during my DUMB ASS cycle. I now weigh 230 and Im doing insanity workouts, push ups, sit ups. I haven't touched a weight since my cycle was completed. I've lost the drive to lift and I know it's mental. The biggest thing i've noticed is my body f'n hurts all the time. My bones, my joints are always sore now and i was never like this when I was on. I want to start another cycle but I want to do it right this time and see way better results. Any input will be much appreciated.
