I need some advice on my first cycle

about to run my my first cycle of test and tren but i was wondering if some one could write me out a work out schedule work the week like the work out and how many reps.i want to go hard and get the most out of this cycle but i dont want to over do it either.i dont mean to sound like a retard but i just want to get the most out of this the right way...and should i have anything on hand in case of any side effects or should i take anything else with this??? thanks for your time.......
 
this is your first cycle? or first time doing tren? and i don't think anyone can help you with your work sets. if you don't know how to train, you don't have any business doing a cycle. let alone with tren. unless you're a cow, i guess.

Silly questions get silly responses. I guarantee you his wont be the last lol. Like Ardbeg said, we cant help you. You should know already what exercises get the best results for your body. I.E: sumo squats vs front squats etc etc. However i think its fair to say, going on some gear would get you results no matter what. Also i think 90% of the guys in here would agree that your post cycle therapy (pct) is the most important aspect of your course. ^^ refer to Ardbeg's comment

Look i can create my own work out i just wanted to see if some one elses sounded better then mine thats all....or if i could add or change mine up thru some one elses... Im not lost its not my first day working out its my first time doing roids i just was wondering how hard i should be going.......AND I WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WAS SOMETHING I ELSE I SHOULD BE TAKING WITH THEM BUT IT DONT SEEM LIKE IM GET THE HELP FROM THE THE FORUM SO...... THANX.....
 
ok bro calm down lets talk..This is a steroid forum so Im only gonna help with steroids write your own workout.Never run tren for a first cycle do just test eat big and lift like a fuckin animal.You can gain close to 30 solid pounds have your pct and AIs ready to go

Okay, I'll give you a week's worth of programming.

Mon: rest
Tues: ten rounds for time, 175lb split (or push) jerk from the rack x2, 200m run or 250m row.
Weds: 21-15-9, 225dl / 155 hang power (with or w/o squat) clean
Thurs: row 2k, 50 burpees, row 2k, 50 burpees, row 2k
Fri: rest
Sat: Elective. Work on what you want. Heavy squats, an olympic lift, stone loading, bench press, etc.
Sun: 155lb log press for reps. 500-700lb tire flips for reps. Repeat couplet until failure/exhaustion.

Oh, is this not "better than your workout?" Is it not what you were looking for? Too heavy? Too light? Guess what, I don't train like you do because I have different goals and a different body than you do. This is why I do my own workouts and you do your own workouts.
