Look i can create my own work out i just wanted to see if some one elses sounded better then mine thats all....or if i could add or change mine up thru some one elses... Im not lost its not my first day working out its my first time doing roids i just was wondering how hard i should be going.......
Okay, I'll give you a week's worth of programming.
Mon: rest
Tues: ten rounds for time, 175lb split (or push) jerk from the rack x2, 200m run or 250m row.
Weds: 21-15-9, 225dl / 155 hang power (with or w/o squat) clean
Thurs: row 2k, 50 burpees, row 2k, 50 burpees, row 2k
Fri: rest
Sat: Elective. Work on what you want. Heavy squats, an olympic lift, stone loading, bench press, etc.
Sun: 155lb log press for reps. 500-700lb tire flips for reps. Repeat couplet until failure/exhaustion.

I don't train like you do because I have different goals and a different body than you do. This is why I do my own workouts and you do your own workouts.
