Hi I know this may be asking a lot but if someone has the time I would really appreciate it. I am trying to gain a little size , realalistic size. I know I am never gonna be big but would like to b bigger......I am pretty sure I am working out hard enough and often enough without over working.....guys at the gym say I need to eat more. I am 193lbs not much body fat kinda on the thin side I am 6 1 tall. I manage a retail store and don't have a lot of time to eat....some days not much food intake. Any ideas on what I should or could eat? I can take care of the morning meal and evening but need some advice on inbetween? And maybe how much? I want to give eating more a chance and see if that helps? I also have trouble with not wanting to eat? Oh and I am 52 yrs old. Thank u for any ideas.
