Hey guys im new to the forum as i have been doing research online and located the forum that has helped me try and self diagnose my problem. I will give you a little history of myself. In 2008 i did a 3 month cycle and gained 20kg of muscle. I was pretty impressed that i managed to keep my weight the same for years to come. In 2010 i went to my doctor as i felt my T levels were not were they should be for a 24 year old guy. I was always tired, my sex drive had dropped and was/is affecting my relationship with my girl. So the doc ordered some blood test and these are the results. Test 11.8nmol/L (11.0 - 40.0) SHBG 19nmol/L (10.0 - 70.0) ( i dont know what this is BTW) Free test 282pmol/L (260-740) Thyriod function test 1.8mU/L (0.3-5.0). There was other stuff tested but i dont think they matter for this issue as most of it was all good. So the doctor tells me that my test levels are low but as my free test is good then im ok and kicks me out the door. So i take this advise and think hey its all in my head. Two years later to now and I feel like im getting worse. I can sleep 12 hours no problem then have a nap half way through the day. my sex drive is fucked but dose have some small burst a few house after i get up. Never at a good time tho.

So i was looking at the low test and thinking that getting on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) might help me. I dont mind pining myself fror the rest of my life if it ment that i was back to norman and not tired and can satisfy my girl. Im in australia so getting a good doctor that knows his shit in this area sound hard from what i have been reading on the forum.

I forgot to mention that i been lifting for about 13 years now and my strength is good i lift heavy but dont make any gains im sitting at about 25%bf prob less as I have been trying to cut it down for the last 6 month but even leaning up seems to be dificulte. my food is good and clean. let me know if i have left anything out. Hope some one out there can help me get back on track.
