I can't decide which one to use in my current routine reverse grip or close grip bench. Which one do you guys like best?
My routine currently looks like this for Chest/Tri/Shoulder day:
Incline Smyth 2x5
Flat DB Bench 2x8
Dips 1x10
Close or Reverse 1x10
Lateral Raise 2x8
