IGF-1 can be considered safe?

After using the IGF-1 is required to perform a PCT?
At what age can be considered safe supplementation of a minimum dose of 24 mcg of IGF-1? (oral)
thanks

I express better to ask: if I were to take a spray or sublingual tablets of IGF-1, there would be a downregulation of endogenous production of IGF-1?

Not really sure about oral versions or if those even work. However, injectable products have been around for a long time. Not sure if that is what you mean by safe. Or do you mean side effects?

I wanted something to increase IGF-1 (IGF-1 itself, inclusive). I suspected that it was not safe.
I would not go OT, but think that the l-dopa is a good way to elevate HGH, and therefore IGF-1?
I also read on the internet that increasing the secretion of thyroid hormones will decrease the blood concentration of the protein IGFBP1. Is that true?
