I have a few concerns regarding steroids.
Firstly I'm 22 - 192 cms (6 feet 3 inches) 190 pounds. I'm mostly vegetarian and eat grilled chicken sometimes and sushi (salmon / tuna). My diet is clean.
I want to get muscle definition and my buddy's trainer suggested to me to take 1 cycle. He did not mention yet which one to take, asked me to think about it.
My concerns,
- Is it ok to take a mild dosage without side effects at this age ? (read many posts advising not to)
- I read in one of Tim Ferris's book that vegans should stay away from steroids ?
- What is most basic one to start with ?
