I'm a 20 year old guy with questions regarding my TRT treatment

Hello people, I'm posting this new thread to try and get some of my many questions answered. I started my TRT 7 weeks ago with a starting total testosterone at 159ng/dl (5.5nmol/L) with a shot of Nebido (1000mg/4ml) to the glute. Around 5 weeks after the shot I could feel a little bit of a difference at the gym, my joint pains were completely gone and I had the energy to go through a whole workout without getting exhausted, but I never felt any better mentally.

At week 6 I took my loading shot of Nebido, this is 1 week ago and I still don't feel any different at all mentally. I am suffering from severe brain fog, demotivation, anxiety, low self esteem, no quality of life, etc. I was hoping so bad that my TRT would help me get rid of these problems that have been with me for as long as I can remember.

So my question right now is, "Is it normal that I don't feel any different mentally after 7 weeks of TRT (on Nebido)?"

I'm afraid that these problems may be caused by something else than my low testosterone as I've been suffering from some of them since I was just a kid.

So I just got back the results from the blood draw taken 6 weeks after I started my treatment with Testosterone Undecanoate and my TT came back at 198ng/dl. I've studied a number of graphs and such regarding nebido and the increase of TT over time and my increase of TT is nowhere near what is documented in any graphs or anything I've read, so I'm wondering if the rapidly decaying TT could be caused by conversion to estrodiol or anything else?
