I'm getting fat

Well, not really fat, but I'm gaining a little weight. I'm on no diet at all. I don't exercise at all. I eat out regularly w/school and work and stuff. I'm 19. What kind of good diet can I do that isn't crazy and would be easy to do. I don't want to bulk up or anything, just keep the weight down. Thanks. Or are there any good "on-the-go" things I could get that are similar to like a slimfast or something?
 
stay away from high carb, high sugar meals eat lean protein meals, beef jerky is a good snack to take on the go. Workout harder to burn the calories, its mostly common sense eat less exercise more.
