I'm having trouble consuming many calories!

Hi I know I'm suppose to eat 5 to 6 small meals through out the day but I can barely make it to the 5th meal I feel so full!I eat oatmeal,protein shakes many of the stuff that they recommend on this website.So anyone have some advice on how can I consume a lot of calories without feeling super full!Or do I just have to tough it out and feel like I'm gonna vomit through out the day?I'm skinny and I can barely eat 2500 calories!
 
Can you please give an example of what your meals throughout the day looks like?
Along with the times you are eating...

Also what are your stats (age, height, weight)
 
I'm 25 years old 5'6 125.I count my calories.I try to eat every 2 to 3 hours.In the morning I drink a protein shake with oatmeal which amounts to 600 calories then for the second brown rice beans with some vegetables. 2nd meal lentils with rice and milk.3rd meal chicken.I basically try to eat high calorie high protein low fat foods.But once I start getting close to 2500 calories I just feel so full.

2500 calories... equals how many (grams of proteins, fats, carbs) in a day?

5'6 @ 125lbs what is your goal weight you are trying to achieve?
 
Try something called IGF-1. that will make you hungry as hell. Great for bulking and helps make you pack in those extra cal's.
 
Agreed. Peanut butter in your morning shake would help add calories. At 125 you should be fine increasing fats.

Usually 4 meals a day.I take in around which is not exact but around there.protein 130g fat 123g carbs 180g.And my goal weight is 145.And thanks for the reply.

Yeah I'm gonna go buy some.The reason I did not add peanut butter is because I just have this stupid fear of gaining nothing but fat lol

Have you tried spreading out the amount of food you eat into 6-7 meals a day? You might be able to consume more macros if you didn't eat so much in 4 meals.

Actually I find this to be the exact oposite!

For like 5 months when I first started I was 115 but when I started taking my diet seriously I gained the 10 pounds rather easily but I have hit a plateau.But Yeah I'm gonna spread the meals.
